Leadership TeamAlan Dabbiere, Chairman Alan Dabbiere is the chairman of AirWatch®, driving the company’s vision, direction and growth plans. He serves on the Board of Directors for the Technology Association of Georgia, the Foundation Board for Inova Health Systems and on the Advisory Board of Georgia Tech’s College of Computing. Dabbiere has more than 20 years of experience in mobility and he holds several patents in supply chain, logistics and enterprise mobility software.

John Marshall, President and Chief Executive Of�cerJohn Marshall serves as AirWatch president and chief executive of�cer and drives the company’s strategy and operations. Under his leadership, AirWatch has become the largest enterprise mobility management provider in the world with customers that include the top four global Fortune companies. In February 2013, he secured $200 million in Series A funding, the largest of any technology company in recent history. Prior to founding AirWatch, Marshall helped launch Celarix and Manhattan Associates.

David Dabbiere, Chief Operating Of�cerDavid Dabbiere is chief operating of�cer at AirWatch and is responsible for all legal matters and for helping AirWatch scale its operations and expand its global presence. Dabbiere was senior vice president and chief legal of�cer for Manhattan Associates, where he played a key role in the company’s successful initial public offering. He was also responsible for all of Manhattan Associates’ global legal matters, contract administration and the corporate code of ethics.

Jeff Baum, Managing Director, APACJeff Baum serves as the managing director for the Asia Paci�c market at AirWatch. In this role, Baum manages the growing Asia Paci�c team, directs strategy, cultivates customer and partner relationships and scales operations in the region. He brings more than 20 years of mobility and leadership experience in international markets to AirWatch. Prior to AirWatch, Baum established strategic footholds for Manhattan Associates in the EMEA and Asia Paci�c regions.

Ian Evans, Managing Director, EMEAIan Evans is managing director, EMEA, at AirWatch. He is responsible for growing AirWatch’s business in the European, Middle Eastern and African regions. Evans brings more than 20 years of experience in the software industry to AirWatch, with more than 10 years in direct and channel sales. He has been successful in helping companies achieve forecasted goals by structuring sales and operation processes and coaching sales teams to deliver multi-year, multimillion-dollar contracts.

Robinson Roe, Managing Director, Australia/New ZealandRob Roe serves as AirWatch’s managing director for the Australian and New Zealand markets, overseeing the business development, professional services and marketing efforts. A 30-year veteran of the telecom, mobility and technology industries, Roe spent nine years with Telstra in a variety of leadership positions before joining AirWatch.

Leadership TeamRick Franke, Professional ServicesRick Franke leads and manages AirWatch’s professional services organization. In this role, Franke is responsible for the successful delivery and ongoing support of the AirWatch® Enterprise Mobility Management Platform to the company’s global customer base. Prior to joining AirWatch, Franke served as Manhattan Associates’ senior vice president, professional services, responsible for all software delivery and consulting services.

JP Halebeed, Development and Product ManagementJP Halebeed oversees and manages software development and product management at AirWatch. Previously, Halebeed worked at Manhattan Associates for 17 years, where he helped drive the design and coding of the company’s �agship solution. During his tenure, Halebeed held a wide variety of leadership positions that oversaw the design, development and management of Manhattan Associates’ best-of-breed supply chain software products.

Jacki Hertenstein, Human ResourcesJacki Hertenstein leads Human Resources for AirWatch. She brings more than 13 years of HR expertise to AirWatch. She oversees policies and programs for the entire company as well as organizational planning and development, recruiting, training, employee relations, compensation, bene�ts and health. Prior to joining AirWatch, Hertenstein was vice president of Human Resources for Manhattan Associates, a global solutions provider for supply chain leaders.

Kevin Keith, Business DevelopmentKevin Keith has over 15 years of experience in wireless and mobility applications as well as extensive experience in leading and managing mission-critical application implementations for global Fortune 1000 companies. He also possesses extensive experience in establishing and developing strategic partnerships with ISVs, OEMs and systems integrators. Prior to joining AirWatch in 2007, Keith led the sales and delivery efforts for the U.S. division of Microlise, a United Kingdom-based company.

Jeff Mitchell, Vice President of SalesJeff Mitchell is vice president of sales for Americas at AirWatch, where he is responsible for growing company revenue, maintaining customer relationships and managing the company’s sales process across North America and Latin America. Mitchell brings more than 20 years of executive experience in running successful sales teams. At Manhattan Associates, Mitchell helped grow the company to more than 2,500 employees and increase revenue to more than $400 million with a $1.5 billion market cap.

Dan Wardle, Global Finance and AccountingDan Wardle oversees and manages the company’s global accounting and �nance operations. He drives operational improvements through the implementation of controls, systems and best practices as well as managing all audit, tax and compliance activities. Wardle brings more than 13 years of �nance and operational experience in the software industry with Manhattan Associates, where he served in a variety of roles, most recently as senior director, Finance, Asia Paci�c.
