What is the company meetings programme?

The company meetings programme enables the CAGE team to set up meetings for our Corporate Members and their investors in a very effective way and it helps our Corporate Members to use their time at CAGE as efficiently as possible. An interactive online system has been custom designed for that purpose.

The CAGE Company Meetings Management team will compile an initial schedule for you according to your preferences, provide you with a final agreed schedule in advance of the conference and be on-hand at the conference to ensure a smooth execution of the programme.

How it works

Individual members of CAGE who are institutional investors, equity analysts, credit analysts and rating agencies and who actively cover your company are eligible to request meetings.

When making their requests, Individual Members provide a detailed profile of themselves and their institution as well as the reasons behind their meeting request. The profile will help you prioritise requests. They also indicate their availability over the three days of the conference.

Afterwards, you will be able to accept and prioritise requests from Individual Members and indicate to us your own availability.

Company Representatives Under company representatives please indicate to us who will be hosting the company meetings from your side. Like this the investors know from the start who they will be meeting.

Prioritisation of Requests You will be asked to rank Individual Members' requests for meetings according to the following priorities: - must see, ideally 1-on-1 - must see - would ideally like to see - will see but not a priority It is also possible to decline the requests by clicking the drop-down arrow next to "approve" and selecting "decline". If you would like more information about the Individual Member, you can click on profile

 

We strongly encourage all Corporate Members to see as many Individual Members as possible, including the sell-side who are happy to meet in larger, efficient groups. You may also add comments. IMPORTANT | Individual Members are warned that last-minute cancellations and no-shows risk exclusion from next year's company meetings programme, as such behaviour is disrespectful of your company and all other members. We therefore ask you to inform us of all no-shows so that we may pursue each case. Availability for Meetings The system will ask you to tick the slots when you are available for Company Meetings with Individual Members. This enables us to plan your meetings according to your availability and avoid time collisions  

The first step is to either accept or decline a meeting

Once you have accepted the meeting, you can state your interest level as described above

Timetable and Support The timetable and support page will show you what the next steps are and who you can contact if you need help.

  Next steps On the date indicated on the timetable, you will receive a draft schedule to which you can make changes. Once you are happy with your schedule, we will send it to the investors and analysts. Investors and analysts can then make changes as they often only then realise they may not be available for some meetings. Occasionally, also, we get late requests which we will forward to you and try to include in your schedule. The golden principle is that nothing happens without your agreement. The company meetings management team is available to answer any questions that arise throughout the process at the end of which, both you and your meeting guests receive a final schedule, which becomes a mutually binding contract.
