KSB Pumps Limited is brand founded in 1960 and a

leading manufacturer of Pumps and Valves for various

industry applications from Irrigation, Thermal, Oil Gas,

Waste Treatment, Transportation etc.

With 5 Plants, 4 Zonal Office, 17 Branch Offices, 18

Godowns, 800 Dealers and 105 Service Centers, KSB

aims to provide state of the art service to its customers.

With GST tax regime, a large number of transactions are

required to uploaded to the GSTN servers for validation,

reconciliation and to avail GST credit. KSB has appointed

Cygnet ASP as a GST filing application to the GSTN servers.

KSB has approx. 90000 per month invoices to be

transformed and formatted as per ASP and GSTN

requirement. KSB was looking for a Homogenous connector

for data extraction, segregation, modelling, transformation

and automatic dispatch of data from source system to ASP

application

• Data is sourced from SAP R/3 system.

• Raw data from ERP is transformed with numerous logics and

formula to get the data into the desired format.

• Can easily create values and custom fields which are not available in ERP.

• Multiple models for various upload formats created. Each model can be

separately configured for automatic ETL operations.

• Multiple models from SAP were finally consolidated to give a single output

file required by ASP.

• Final upload ready formats are dispatched to IN folder of on premise ASP

provider which is configured to automatically upload the file to GSTN server.
