• 1991: Renamed and incorporated as “Positive Engineering Pte Ltd”, with paid-up capital of S$500k. Moved into premise at 9, Gul Street 1, with factory floor space of 1,794 m2
• 2000/01: Annual sales broke S$10M for the first time since incorporation. Acquired 4, Gul St 1, tripling total factory floor space to 6,282 m2
• 2002: Paid up capital increased to S$1.5M
• 2006/07: Annual sales exceeded S$30M
• 2009/10: Annual sales was almost S$40M. Expansion of 4, Gul St 1, increasing floor space to 7,793 m2
• 2013: Redevelopment of 9, Gul St 1. Combined floor space 11,090m2
• 2012/13: Annual sales exceeded S$50M
• Currently, we have a workforce of over 240 employees 2
