General information Type Varia

General The Compakt seal type Varia is a flexible wall penetration sealing system which can be used as a temporary blind plug for non pressing water or as a single lead- through for pressing water. The sealing range of the Compakt seal e.g. type Varia 1.5 for a core drilled hole I.D. 100 mm is continuous from 18 up to 65 mm because of the small steps of 5 mm per ring. The Compakt seal type Varia 1.0 for core drilled hole I.D. 100 is especially appli cable by house lead-in for retrofitting. Four different sizes of carrier pipe can be passed through with the Varia seals core drilled holes I.D. 150 and 200 mm. The seals are especially made for plastic pipes with soft rubber. Compakt Varia 1.5 ND 80 The Compakt type Varia 1.5 ND80 is made for a core drilled hole/wall sleeve I.D. 80 mm and for carrier pipes or cable, continuously from 18 to 45 mm. Compakt Varia 1.5 ND 100 The Compakt type Varia 1.5 ND100 is made for a core drilled hole/wall sleeve I.D. 100 mm and for carrier pipes or cable, continuously from 18 to 65 mm. Compakt Varia 1.0 ND 100 The Compakt type Varia 1.0 ND100 has been designed in a split version for a split version core drilled hole/wall sleeve I.D. 100 mm sleeve for retrofitting and can be used for carrier pipes, O.D. 20,25,32,40,50 and 63 mm. Compakt Varia 1.5 ND 110 The Compakt type Varia 1.5 ND110 can be used as Varia 1.5 ND100, but for a core drilled hole/wall sleeve I.D. 110 mm. Compakt Varia ND 150 The Compakt type Varia ND150 is made for a core drilled hole/wall sleeve I.D. 150 mm and for carrier pipes O.D. 60,3-63, 75-76,1 , 88,9-90 and 110 mm. Compakt Varia ND 200 The Compakt type Varia ND200 is made for a core drilled hole/wall sleeve I.D. 200 mm and for carrier pipes O.D. 110, 125, 139,7-140 and 160 mm.

General information Type Standard

The sealing system The sealing system Compakt is the perfekt complement to our LINK SEAL® modular system. It offers ideal sealing for wall openings of gas, water and sewage pipes as well as for cables. The Compakt sealing is a pressure tight system. Description The 40 mm wide rubber element is pressed by means of two metallic discs. The Compakt seals the annular space between the carrier pipe and the casing pipe or the core drilled hole against water or gas. PVC, stell and asbestos-free fibre cement sleeves.

General information Type Multicables

You can fill the blind plug with pipes/cables from O.D. 4 to 32, 40 or 50 mm. The sealing is pressure tight up to 1 bar. The system is devided and therefore suitable for installation with pipe/cables already installed. For each ope-ning we supply blind fillers which can be taken out when inserting the pipe/cable. Unused openings will be sealed with the blind fillers. This gives you the possibility to install other pipes/cables later. For the insatllation you do not need any special tools beside a torque wrench.

Installation: Take off the devided pressure pla-tes and cut the holes for the cables/pipes vertically with a knife. Now you can insert the insitu pips/cables in the rubber sealing plate. Then you have to bolt the pressure plates on the rubber and finish the installa-tion.

Generel information Compakt Varia Multi 100 3x (4-32 mm) flexibly seals cables and pipes with different diameters. The cable diame-ters can be freely selected due to the proven onion ring buildup. Just remove as many rubber elements as needed until the suitable inner diameter is reached. If you don’t like to make use of a drilling, just leave the rubber elements in place to get a blind plug. The Compakt Seals with onion rings are universally applicable. Benefits compared to other systems: The seal’s basic body and onion rings are seperated and therefore can be installed much easier. Standard versions:

General information Type WR Super Soft

General information Compakt WR Super Soft aredesignet to flexible pipe, like corrugated, district heating pipes installation protecti-on pipe wall penetrations. Specially designeddouble EPDM sealing elements allow for reliable wall penetrations even with very thin-walled pipe types. With a total rubber width of 80 mm, the seal covers a particularly large part of the pipe surface, thus ensureing minimal surface pressure on the pipe.
