Marketing ProposalForum Fayard just startedits activity in this year begin, with the arrival of SRO Kundig.It is now visible and can be visited by possible tenants. Beside the usual media campaign, we should also invite companies on place.We propose to include ads in the most popular swiss online platform: anibis.ch. Real estate in the 2nd most rich category and is widely used by real estate agencies for both residential and commercial gods.Tis Effort is made in parallel with the existing and ongoing promotional actions which is part of this media plan but not included through, as a budget, in the present offer:

• Monthly newsltters (to our subscribers of the updated database)

• forumfayards.ch website

• Immostreet publications (and published into fonciere.ch website), included in the CFL actions

• Commercial partners actions (CFL, NAEF)

6 •Online platform: home.ch CHF 1’300.- (3 months)
