Improving connections for people over 60 and/or their carers We can support you to take positive steps to improve health and wellbeing, increase your level of social interaction and help you enjoy a more vibrant, independent life within the community.

Signposting & ReferringWe can provide information on local activities, services and groups to suit your individual interests and widen your social network. We can help you find the right transport options to get you there.

One to One, Person Centred ServiceWe will spend time getting to know you and what matters to you. We can work together to create a plan to help you take the next steps. For those who need a little extra assistance, we can liaise with other service providers on your behalf to ensure you get the support that you need to live the life you want.

Buddy SupportWe can arrange for a volunteer “buddy” to go with you to a group or activity until you settle in and feel more comfortable.

Volunteering OpportunitiesWe can provide information on volunteering opportunities in your area, and support you to find the role that’s right for you.

What we do

Through good conversations we will work with you to identify your needs, agree solutions and work towards goals.
