• From SA interviews– Not telling us the obvious!

• From visitors at events– Shallow knowledge– Spoke quietly and sounded bored– ‘It’s a room with a bed, what more do you

need to know?’– This is known as the ‘suicide block’

•A situation where you have been misunderstood
