Based in Worcester, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment. During this two-year programme you will have the chance to support on a range of topics including but not limited to:• Support the Sales Operations Manager in the strategic development of the commercial and industrial
business.• Taking up the role of project coordinator for internal projects where necessary.• Coordination of internal projects with various departments in the UK and Germany.• Analysis of market trends to make recommendations for product strategies.• Analysis of industry-specific market surveys to make proposals for strategic product marketing. • In-depth research of manufacturing processes/energy consumption characteristics to assist the sales
team in configuring suitable energy solutions.• Analysis of competitor products, systems and services.• Project Lead Administration by seeking new project data from multiple sources (e.g. Glenigan,
Tenders Direct, Internet).
Your Profile • Degree qualified, ideally in Industrial Engineering, Energy, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics,
Business Administration.• Proficient user of MS Office packages (Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint).• Excellent analytical skills and conceptual thinking.• Autonomous and results orientated.• A team player.• Customer and sales orientated thinking.
