CHASE COMMERCIAL ONLINESM | BILL PAYMENT | ADD A PAYEE

With Chase Commercial Online’s Bill Payment service1, you can quickly and easily schedule one-time or repeating payments to any payee with a U.S. postal address. We've enhanced the Bill Payment service to to automatically include your Chase loans and credit cards. Selecting your Chase loans and/or credit cards from the Bill Payment option can expedite your payments.

Step

1 From the “Send Payments” tab, select the “Pay Bills & Loans” option and click “Add Payee.”

2 Enter the payee’s information or click “Search for Payees.”

Enter the name, zip code, and your account number for the payee (if applicable) in the fields provided.

3 Verify you payee’s details. If the address is incorrect, click “Enter a different address.”

Determine if you’ d like to add this payee to a group of payees.

Schedule a one-time bill payment in a few easy steps.

Step

1 From the “Send Payments” tab, select the “Pay Bills & Loans” option and click “Pay Bills.”

Step

2 Select your payees by entering the payment amount into the text box.

When you enter the amount, the payee will expand to show Pay From, Deliver By, Amount and a memo field. You may also set up a repeating payment.

Click “Verify Payments” to continue.

The next screen will ask you to verify the information you have entered. After you review the information, click “Schedule Payment.”

Schedule a payment, of the same amount, to be delivered to a payee on a repeating basis.

1 From the “Send Payments” tab, select the “Pay Bills & Loans” option and click “Repeating & Automatic Payments.”

2 From the drop-down menu, select your payee. Click “Next” to continue.

3 Select your pay from account. Enter the first deliver by date, frequency and number of payments in the fields provided.

Click “Preview” to see the dates of up to the next six payments.

Click “Next” to continue.

The next screen will ask you to verify the information you have entered. After you have reviewed the information, click “Set Up Repeating Payment.”
