His strong understanding of the complexities of industrial property transactions has delivered many successful results for his clients. He specialises in pre-lease, land and building packages in the rapidly growing areas of the North and West of Melbourne.

With over 10 years of experience selling and leasing Commercial and Industrial property throughout the City Fringe, Ben has completed over 700 deals. Hav-ing an intimate knowledge of the area, he has been involved in advisory and agency roles with many of the developments in the area.

Ben has been involved with the Fishermans Bend Planning Authority and has an in-depth knowl-edge of the framework and future development plans for the area.

Chris is a Director, Licensed Estate Agent and shareholder of Lemon Baxter, specialising in the City Fringe Industrial and Commercial market in both Sales and leasing. Paul has more than 20 years’ experience in the commercial property industry.
