Comments on SAFE

Dear sir,

We have gone through the analysis file of substructure submitted for review and following observation

has been found.

1.  The loads hasn't been imported from ETABS properly, kindly check the loads carefully.

2.  Loading values for normal spectrum load cases hasn't been considered properly, kindly recheck.

3.  The bearing pressure distribution diagram is not coming properly (kindly look into the below

attached snap) there is pressure concentration is at the corner and slight lift in centre.

4.  As per soil report the gross bearing capacity for the project with 75mm settlement value is 26

t/sqm (value from soil report attached for your ready reference) but from analysis we are

achieving 33t/sqm, which is approximately 30% higher prom permissible value. kindly correct it,

it can't be acceptable in any case.

5.  Kindly check the differential settlement value from the analysis.

6.  Kindly correct and update the analysis and re-submit.

7. 

Kindly also submit the drawing along with the calculations of isolated footings.
