Commencement Ceremony 2019

15th December 2019

at Gymnasium Building (Building 14), Rangsit University

Afternoon Session (12.00 P.M – 5.30 P.M.)

12.00 p.m. - Graduates register and form themselves in lines.

1.40 p.m. - Vice Presidents, College Presidents, and Deans lead all graduates through

the walk of Honor.

2.00 p.m. - Graduates enter the auditorium.

2.45 p.m. - Deans, lecturers, distinguished guests, and lecturers who present

the certificates enter the auditorium.

3.00 p.m. - Dr.Arthit Ourairat, the President of Rangsit University and Chairperson of the

ceremony enters the auditorium along with Rangsit University Council Committees,

Counsellor for the President, Vice Presidents, and the Assistant for the President.

- Buddhist worship led by the President

- The Vice President for Academic Affairs delivers a report.

- Presentation of the degree certificates to graduates by the President in

order as follows:

(The monks recite the prayer throughout the ceremony.)

- Presentation of the Gold Medal Graduate Award

- Presentation of the Dharmacratic Society Gold Medal Award

- Presentation of the Outstanding Lecturer Award

- Pledge delivery by the graduates

- Speech delivery by the President

- Rangsit University’s Choir performs the song, “La Laew La Ban Yen Fa.”

- Buddhist rituals led by the president and blessing by the monks

- The President along with Rangsit University Council Committees, the Counsellor for the

President, Vice Presidents, and the Assistant for the President leave the auditorium.

- Lecturers, distinguished guests, and graduates respectively leave the auditorium.
