As in Persian Basic Course Volume IZ, the instructionalmateriala in this volume have also begn designed.to graduallyintroduoe the structural patterns of the Persian Language. Aselected number of collo4uial vocabulary° and sketches have bow..chosen to enable the student to,freely manipulate the morpho.logy of the language within the setting of every day situations.

In thie-volume alio, the central Natl.& of the dailylessons remains to be the structural dtilogue in which a numberof grammatical features are systdmatical4 incorporated in a,

Airily situation, and the understanding of which is based uponpreviously introduced patterns. Grammar is. nOt.explainei'through conventional explanations or discussions. The studentmust first perceive the structural changes through intensiveoral usage in Grammar analysis section.

To further practice the new structure and vocabularY. as -before, these elements are recombined with-priviously meteredmaterial in preparing additional drill units. These drill units

, Along with the Gralmar Perception Drills, Dialogue, and'GrammarAnalysis, comOiee the daily lesson. They appear in the !ongo-ing sequence in this vOlume. '
