DISC Personality is the universal language which helps parents to understand their children behavior. Research has shown that behavioral characteristics can be grouped together in four major divisions called personality styles. People with similar personality profiles styles tend to exhibit specific behavioral characteristics common to that profile. All people share these four styles in varying degrees of intensity. Though a graduate in Engineering from NTU, his passion is building and impacting people’s lives. Apart from conducting workshops in marriage and parenting, he has also devoted his energy in implementing various programs for the underprivileged in Malaysia. Halbert also works as a counsellor and holds a Master’s degree in Counselling. Bong Louis graduated from NUS. She is also a Family Life Educator. Halbert h& Bong have been married for 18 years.
