1. Second independent power supply from distribution network

2. Independent source of electrical energy (generate by using genset – Engine-generator, a machine used to generate electricity )and - UPS (Uninterruptible Power Supply Source, to allow time to bringan auxiliary power source on line).

The norm establishes that when a tunnel suffers from a failure of power supply, an emergency power supply system and an emergency

lighting system must be at hand.

LED emergency fire lights:• The internal lighting consists of 2 cool white6300K high performance LEDs. For additional security, they are linked in such a way that should one LED everfail, the others remain light.
