Application

The 5050-2 is a combination fire & smoke damper with a 1 1/2 Hour UL 555 firerating and a Class II UL555S Leakage rating. This damper utilizes a thermallyresponsive electric switch to allow for the return spring of the specified actuatorto close the damper upon elevated temperature. The damper may be installedvertically or horizontally for use in barriers requiring both fire and leakageprotection. This damper has been evaluated with bi-directional airflow, and israted to 2000 FPM and 4" static pressure in compliance with UL555 6th editionand UL555S 4th edition.
