LIQUID DISTRIBUTORS

Liquid Distributor with single parting box and weirtroughs. Liquid loading, gas loading, and columndiameter will dictate the number of parting boxes andweir troughs. Designed to minimize pressure drop,normally .25” WC or less.

All Lantec liquid distributors are designed to besupported from a circumferential ring supplied as anintegral part of the column. Distributor furnished insections, suitable for installation through manway ofspecified dimension (normally 24”). Assemblyhardware included.

Liquid Distributor designed to provide excellent waterdistribution over a wide turn down ratio. Note themultiple risers, orifices and drip tubes assuring gas andliquid separation which minimize pressure drop: .25” orless.

Construction permits installation through manway ofspecified dimension (normally 24”). Hardware, levelingclamps and gasketing included.

Collector Distributor which may be used whenmultiple packing sections are incorporated in the columndesign. Risers are generous in cross section andadequately covered, preventing the entrance of water andassuring a free flow of air. Pressure drop is minimized,.25” WC or less.

PACKING SUPPORTS

Multi Beam Gas Injected (MBGI) Packing SupportThis design offers almost 100% open area, withminimum pressure drop: .1/.15” WC.

MBGI packing support construction allows installationthrough manway- manway size to be specified (normally24”). All necessary assembly hardware includingleveling clamps provided.

MBGI supported by circumferential ring furnished as anintegral part of column. MBGI normally selfsupporting. Lantec will advise the need of additionalsupport beams.

Simple Grid Support With Open Area 75/80%.Pressure Drop .45” WC.

Design permits installation through manway, size to bespecified by column designer, normally 24”. Allnecessary assembly hardware included.

Grid supported by circumferential ring furnished asintegral part of column. Grid may be self-supporting.Lantec will advise the need of additional support beams.

Pad Mist Eliminator with support grids top and bottom.Pad mist eliminator applications require special consid-eration to assure the revomal of entrained moisture in theeffluent gas stream. Lantec Products will gladly analyzeyour operating parameters and recommend the properpad mist eliminator.
