Mezcla de lpices de colores con disolvente

El disolvente que se utiliza para esta tcnica es un producto que se llama White

Spirit y que se comercializa bajo distintas marcas (Gamsol, Winsor & Newton,

Mona Lisa, etc):

Este tipo de productos es usado en bellas artes para la limpieza de los pinceles.

Cuando hagamos uso de l, vigilaremos de trabajar en una zona ventilada y

evitando tener el producto cerca de fuentes de calor, ya que es un producto

inflamable.

Materiales necesarios para esta tcnica:

Difuminadotes o

difuminos Lija

Tinta de secado rpido

Para Copics: Memento

Paso a paso:

1.- Estampa tu imagen con una tinta y deja que se seque completamente.

Nota: Intenta usar tintas de secado rpido.

2.- Escoge el lpiz o lpices que te gustara usar en el rea a colorear de tu

imagen. Para dar un aspecto enriquecido, selecciona 2 colores de la misma

familia de color. Ejemplo: verde manzana y verde oliva para las partes verdes; y

mbar claro y marrn oscuro para las partes marrones.

3.- Con el lpiz claro traza una lnea de color a lo largo del margen externo de

la imagen.

4.- Coge el difuminador y moja su punta con el disolvente.

Para este paso se puede usar un dispensador o un bote con esponja:

De ese modo evitaremos que el disolvente se vaya evaporando y utilizaremos

lo necesario.

Una vez que hayamos mojado la punta, miraremos que no est sobresaturado

de disolvente, si lo estuviera, le damos unas pasadas en un trozo de papel antes

de proceder.

5.- Con una ligera presin vamos pasando la punta del difumino, haciendo un

movimiento circular a travs de las lneas coloreadas. Iremos arrastrando el

pigmento de la cera del lpiz haca el interior. Remoja el difumino, tanto como

sea necesario, mientras lo vayas necesitando.

6.- Aade lneas de color donde prefieras que las sombras sean oscuras con el

color oscuro.

En caso que quieras aprovechar el mismo difumino, debes limpiar la punta, de

modo que la lijaremos con la lija.

Y una vez limpia, se vuelve a humedecer con el disolvente y se repite el paso 5.

No es necesario aadir una segunda sombra, pero crea un efecto ms bonito.

Para las partes en que nos hemos excedido con el color oscuro, se pueden

borrar con una goma.

Afilado de los lpices

Aprender a afilar un lpiz de color es una habilidad indispensable para los

artistas que los utilizan.

Es necesario conocer como afilarlos, ya que as evitaremos que se rompan sus

puntas, ya que son muy sensibles. Estos lpices de colores se basan en que sus

pigmentos son en base a cera, son muy suaves, lo que se presta fcilmente a la

rotura.

Si los cuidamos pueden durar mucho.

Afilador manual

La mejor manera de afilar un lpiz de madera es sostenindolo con una mano

y el sacapuntas en la otra, y giramos slo el sacapuntas. Debemos hacerlo sin

ejercer demasiada fuerza.

Nos explica que interesa que el ngulo de la cuchilla sea bastante abierto,

para que cuando se realice el afilado, la punta pueda protegerse con la

madera del lpiz. Si es un ngulo ms cerrado, har que la punta est ms al

descubierto y pueda sufrir ms.

Tambin nos explica que para saber si un sacapuntas est fallando debemos

observar la viruta que realiza. Si es continua, significa que funciona bien y no

debemos sufrir. Si por el contrario la viruta se rompe en trozos mientras afilamos,

deberemos cambiar la cuchilla o cambiar de afilador.

Uso con rotuladores en base alcohol (tipo copics, promarkers, tria, etc)

Si los queremos combinar con este tipo de rotulador debemos usar primero los

rotuladores.

Es preferible colorear con los rotuladores sin dar sombras. Y una vez hayamos

terminado de colorear con los rotuladores, los apartamos, ya que no los

volveremos a usar. Esto es importante, NO SE PUEDEN USAR despus de aplicar

los lpices prismacolor, ya que daaramos la punta de los rotuladores

inutilizndola.

Despus trabajaremos con los lpices tal y como se explico al principio.
