The project is aimed at creating a network of institutions, associations, clinical and research centres in Mediterranean countries in order to fuel the advancement of knowledge, therapies and research in the field of colorectal cancer. Colomed 2017 meeting, “Strengthening the Mediterranean Partnership in the Field of Public Health”, will bring together experts, academics, researchers and clinicians to highlight current colorectal cancer-related issues and to discuss options and strategies for future actions to reduce the disease burden in the Mediterranean area Target audience The workshop is accessible to health care professionals, researchers and clinicians, as well as to students, patients and people with a particular interest in colorectal cancer research and therapy. Maximum number of meeting participants: 200 Workshop Registration Participants are kindly requested to fill in the Workshop Registration Form and send it by e-mail to [email protected]. The form is available in the “Corsi e Convegni” section of the ISS website (www.iss.it), or in the “Download/Forms” section of the Colomed website (www.colomed.it). Registration to this event is free. Participants shall cover their own travel and accommodation expenses. COLOMED “Creation of a Mediterranean network of clinicians and researchers involved in colorectal cancer research and treatment” is a scientific project funded by the Italian Ministry of Health in 2016.
