Ascent’s Operations Center (AOC) is staffed 24x7x365 for real-time critical-systems monitoring, dispatch/escalation and maintenance management services. Based in Ascent’s headquarters in St. Louis, MO, the AOC responds to calls, emails, alarms and tickets for maintenance activities, service requests, problem tracking, and problem resolution.
