Accounting & FinanceWe provide a full scope of accounting services, including customized

fi nancial and operational reporting and cash management. We work

with clients to design standard procedures and processes that will meet

1980, he has continued in the fi eld, developing strong business skills while

supervising third party management portfolios as large as 10 million square

feet. In that capacity, Paul had complete responsibility for all personnel,

contractors, maintenance and fi nancial operations. His career achievements

have been highlighted by honors such as being named CPM of the Year by the

Cincinnati IREM chapter, is an inductee into the Midwest Real Estate Hall of

Fame and election to Ohio BOMA’s Board of Governors.

Frank L. Pschirer CPM RPASenior Director, REMS | Cleveland

Frank brings more than 35 years experience and knowledge in leasing,

construction, operations, asset management and property management of

commercial real estate. He has been involved in numerous foreclosure/

receivership situations representing the courts and various fi nancial

institutions providing property management and receivership services. As

REMS Senior Director, he is responsible for all aspects of property

management operations in Northern Ohio. His career achievements have been

highlighted by honors such as being named BOMA Cleveland’s Member

of the Year for 2003, awarded IREM Cleveland’s CPM of the Year, elected past

President of BOMA Cleveland and IREM Cleveland and currently serving on the

Board of Trustees of BOMA.

Richard F. Underman CPM CCIMLEED Green Associate

Executive Vice President | Columbus

Rick is a principal of Colliers International in Columbus and handles numerous

administrative and leadership responsibilities for the company. Rick supervises

our talented management team and focuses on new business development. His

guidance and extensive experience within the real estate management industry

has been instrumental in the development and growth of the company. He is

regarded as an exceptional administrator and leader in his profession within

Central Ohio. His career achievements have been highlighted by honors such

as being named CPM of the Year by the Columbus IREM chapter, is an inductee
