Life and career skills

• Career Counsel activities present a story or scenario about a real-world career situation that has no conclusion and asks students to use skills such as decision making, goal setting, and problem solving to write an ending to a situation or story.

• What If? lists present a problem or decision, followed by a list of possible solutions or results. A critical-thinking prompt encourages the student to consider possibilities or situations when the information might be useful in their own lives.
