The execution of an original design or housing concept is guided by our senses.

«It is truly contemporary the individual who does not coincide perfectly with his time nor adapts himself to his demands and is therefore in this sense, untimely; but precisely through this deviation and this anachronism, he is able to perceive and grasp his own time more than others».

«A threshold of contamination where the survival of the classical past is intertwined with prefiguration of the future».

In these words, the feeling of my design is certainly contained in this time, porous to history and sensitive to visions of the future.

But above all timeless, in a design dimension that shifts the sense of interior design, in an intermediate territory that has long gone beyond the theme of seasonality, gender, and being contemporary.

Alvin Grassi DesignerMy design does not seek followers, it seeks lovers.

On the one hand the passion for beauty, understood as a feature that creates psychological well-being, on the other the mania of the archive and simultaneous access to all those timeless materials, have given the possibility to freely pass through one’s creativity producing a temporal short-circuit that arises from differences and singularities, precisely those settled in my personality.

What I wanted to present with the NoMad project, is that it seems to have no time, it is telling a path of uniqueness of the universe of receptive spaces in which beautiful things are not lost, just as beautiful memories, and touching experiences.

Defining the new collection «a timeless piece», is therefore a praise to good taste, a reinterpretation of mid-century objectively with the objective of contemporaneity, that driven by the desire to possess everything and nothing, aspires to exclusivity like never before.
