If a member upgrades they only pay the price between their existing membership and the price of the membership they are upgrading to.

When you join CoinMD, you start as a Member-customer. Once you refer your first member, you promote yourself to Legionnaire. BVolume: The total amount of BV (Enrollment Tree BV ) required in a calendar month.

Split: The minimum balance that must be achieved in the income leg to advance in rank.

RankBonus: One-time commission credit bonus for achieving each rank.

Commission: The personal commission earned on the sale of the product.

PerRecs: The number of personal member enrollments required to achieve the rank.

You become a Legionnaire and enter the business when you enroll your first CMD90 or above. As a Legionnaire you become Direct Referral Bonus Qualified at 10%. After you enroll your second CMD180 or higher, and you obtain a CMD90 membership or higher, you then become Legionnaire Qualified (LegionnaireQ) and you become qualified for Binary Referral Bonus.

Rank BV is calculated monthly and resets to zero each month, ranks are permanent and rank volume must be a minimum of ⅓ in weak leg. Enrollment tree BV is used for achieving ranks. Your LDB rank volume is tracked on the dashboard in your back office.

Tip: If you want the CoinMD compensation plan to really reward you – FOCUS on helping every new member become Legionnaire Qualified in their first 15 days. Help them enroll TWO people, one on the Alpha Team and one on the Bravo Team at CMD01 or higher, and they will earn a minimum of $610! That is more than the average person earns in the network marketing industry.

If you choose to share the CoinMD program, this is where the fun really begins.

Rank Advancement Bonus (RAB)

A binary compensation plan is a 2x2 team building system. Your CoinMD Business has two sales teams - a left team we’ll call Alpha Team, and a right team we’ll call Bravo Team. Every Monday the computer will scan the sales volumes of both teams unlimited levels deep and you will be paid 10% on the lesser side. You get credit for the sales volume you personally produced, the sales volume from the people you brought in, and the sales volume from the people they brought in…to unlimited levels deep.

Here is an Example:

In week 1, your Alpha team has 30 people on it and they produce 15 membership sales totaling $27,000 in binary volume. That same week your Bravo Team has 48 people and they produce 29 membership sales totaling $62,000 in binary volume. You will be paid 10% from the Alpha team, equaling $2700.

Volume Flushing

In the example above, $27,000 is flushed (subtracted) on the Alpha Team, and $27,000 is flushed from the Bravo team also, leaving $35,000 in ‘carryforward’ sales volume on the bravo team. In this example, in week 2, your Alpha Team would start with $0 in Sales Volume, and your Bravo Team starts with $35,000 in carryforward.

One exciting feature of binary compensation plans, is the possibility of one of your two teams growing very rapidly. There is also the potential that some of the biggest leaders on your rapidly growing team could come from upline leaders in the form of spillover. Remember your upline can only have two people on the 1st level of their binary tree, so if they sponsor more than two people into CoinMD, those additional people could potentially end up in your binary organization. This is referred to as spillover.

The key with a binary is to drive your Alpha and Bravo organizations deep. You will identify the leaders and help them build their businesses. The more money your team makes, the more you make.

The CoinMD Compensation Plan is considered a non-flushing binary. We will NOT flush your excess volume when you hit your weekly income cap in a business center. However, when you hit 300,000BV in your weak leg, then both legs will flush after that weekly payout.

Binary Referral Bonus (BRB)

We provide four levels of leadership development bonuses, often referred to as “check matching” bonuses. LDB’s begin at personally referred members and grow geometrically through four levels. To qualify to receive LDB, you must me a CMD180 or higher, and have one personally enrolled CMD180 or higher on both your Alpha and Bravo teams. The LDB is paid as follows:

Note: to be qualified to receive LDB in the current week, you must have earned $400 in binary commissions personally in the current week plus the previous 3 weeks of binary commissions; averaging $100 per week. This qualifier begins in your 5th week of participation; it is waived in your first four weeks.

Here is an Example:

10% - You personally refer John. You are going to earn 10% on whatever John earns each Monday from his binary bonus earnings.

10% - John refers Sally. You are going to earn 10% on whatever Sally earns each Monday from her binary bonus earnings.

20% - Sally refers Phillip. You are going to earn 20% on whatever binary bonus Phillip earns each Monday.

25% - Phillip refers Janet. You are going to earn 25% on whatever binary bonus Janet earns each Monday.

An income center is limited to $250 to $25k in income per week. The top membership with 7+ income centers can earn up to $175K per week.

Commission Payouts

CoinMD pays out commission credits often referred to as CC. To monetize commissions, you will purchase Membership “Gift” Codes from your back office and sell them directly to new incoming members. Team members can combine commission with anyone in the company to create codes as well.

It is against company policy to sell membership codes below listed retail value. This is grounds for termination. Also, only buy membership codes from people you know and trust.

Q: Do you offer live training on how to grow the business?A: Yes. Every Saturday at 1pm EST after the main presentation.

Q: Can I buy CoinMD with my commissions? A: No (Until we are publicly traded). You can only redeem CoinRewards points into CoinMD.
