The techno-cultural festival of SPEC was officially renamed as Aquila meaning fly high. It was a

2-day event with around 2000 attendees in the arena. Many competitions were held which

include poster presentation, dance, Just a minute talk etc. On day 1, the atmosphere was filled

with nostalgia created by THREEORY BAND. The audience was grooving to the music of DJ

NYK on day 2.

ALMUNI MEET 2K17

Alumni meet is held every year on second Saturday of January. This is a pageant ceremony

where the alumni of our college are invited to refresh their memories and guide the upcoming

batches of their branches.

12 students from our department made it to the finale of SMART INDIA HACKATHON. They

had a target of presenting the project with a dead line of 36 hours and our students could

successfully make a place among the top 10 across country.

The zonal winners of the Brain Tech

Championship were invited to Delhi to

participate in the Brain Tech Grand

Finale. It involved 80 participants from

across the country. The championship

was based on the workshop held on

Networking and cybersecurity. 3

students from our college, along with a

faculty went to attend the exam.

The event was held by Azure Skynet and

ELAN IITH.

A national certificate of participation was

presented to the students.
