adequately. While the Financial Management

System (FMS), Human Capital Management (HCM)

and Customer Relationship Management (CRM)

tracks of the Compass program address some

areas, there was a need for an integrated system

to address requirements in the areas of project

delivery, resource management and project

financial management.

Cognizant's Oracle Solution Practice was

involved in End-to-End delivery of the project

which included Program Management,

Conceptualization, Design, Development, Testing,

Deployment and Support. Global deployment was

done across 32 countries with which include the

following regions: NA, EMEA, ME, APAC, LATAM

and ANZ for 140,000+ associates.

Cognizant currently leverages PeopleSoft 9.1

technology enhancements and tools features. The

entire portfolio is also migrated to Exalogic

platform to improve performance of HCM system.

This system ensured a flexible and scalable

solution supporting ongoing initiatives in

Financials, HCM, CRM, ESA and ELM.
