Cogneti Safe Food Handler is a seven level course which presents all the information a student needs to be able to pass the test for their state’s Food Handler certificate.

The course is aligned to the 2013 USDA Food Code and is in the final process of gaining ANSI accreditation.

Each level of the Cogneti course includes a review of content presented in that level

Each of the seven levels of the course includes a review (quiz) of the information presented in that section.

Students progress through reading content and answering quiz questions to move from one level to the next.

Level quizzes include True-False and Multiple Choice questions.

During level quizzes, a student can “peek” at the correct answer. The “peek feature presents the content frame on which that the question was based.

Multiple Choice questions presented to the student during the final exam are selected from all possible course information.

The “peek” option is not enabled during final exams.

Students who pass the exam are presented a Cogneti Safe Food Handler Certificate of completion.

The Cogneti course includes interactive games and user chat features.
