• Layout - Set out in columns, usually 3 or 4.• One main image which relates to the featured

article.- Includes other smaller images- Page number on the image - Name of artist of image- Lines break between each section• Colour scheme – Contents page uses the same

colour scheme as the front cover’s colour scheme.

• Shows feature article with page number.

• Title – ‘Contents Page’ tends to be in capitals, large font, plain font style, fits in with colour scheme, usually top of the page.

• Mast head – Unique font, Large font size to make the Masthead stand out. Usually contains 1 or 2 words and is based in the top left corner.

• Page numbers – Bold, plain font style but fairly small font size. Usually is to the left of the text in line with one another.

• Subscription and contact information advertisement based at the bottom of the page.

• Issue number: mostly positioned in the top left or right corner of the contents page next to the magazine title. Plain font style is used, on a small font size.

• Issue date: Positioned under the issue number, they are shown together on both front cover and contents page. Plain font style is used, on a small font size.
