Purchasing Code of Ethics  1. To conduct its business honestly, fairly, impartially and ethically.  2. To fight to improve professionalism and expertise at all times.  3. To seek for obtaining the maximum value for each dollar spent.  4. Understanding that keeping promises and fulfilling commitments to all parties is vital to industry health and trust.  5. To disclose any situation where family members, close personal friends, or former Buyer employees could bias.  6. Refusing personal gifts from suppliers or potential suppliers.  7. To grant all suppliers or potential suppliers equal consideration.  8. To foster fair, ethical and legal trade practices.  9. To cooperate with trade, industrial and professional associations, and with governmental and private agencies with the purposes of promoting and developing safe business methods.
