Dear Colleagues,

Keeping in mind the compe ve environment and limited opportunies available in the present market, it is high me we rise to the occasion and reinforce our stand of being the market leaders in execung voluminous & complex projects.

The market, because of economic and technological changes, has become very demanding and fierce in nature which praccally leaves no room for negligence / error. demanding and fierce in nature which praccally leaves no room for negligence / error. The changes have been so stern and mammoth that some organizaons are in chaos, and majority of them are on the verge of non-existent.

To manage and survive through the difficult environment there is dire necessity to sharpen our skills and increase the present knowledge base. Given the pace of globalizaon, there is also a need to train people in meeng the internaonal standards.

At MMH IC we need to create an inquisive and learning culture which will complement the values our IC holds. Strong, Innovaon, Creavity and Futurisc approach are the new pillars we need to bank upon.

We in the Learning & Development team are delighted to announce the Annual Training Calendar of our IC for the year 2014 – 15.

We are connuously striving to align our training intervenons to IC’s strategic goals. Individual needs idenfied through FAIR process and inputs from BUs / Departments / Individual needs idenfied through FAIR process and inputs from BUs / Departments / Clusters on current business priories). Increasingly Learning design and delivery are being directed towards meeng the emerging business needs also. In the days ahead our endeavour would be on offering blended learning soluons to our staff members, thereby a mix of class-room programs, e-learning facilies, on-the-job training, mentoring, special assignments etc. would be rolled out.

Sharing of knowledge and experience is the fuel for our growth engine. Recognizing this Sharing of knowledge and experience is the fuel for our growth engine. Recognizing this need we have started facilitang Knowledge Sharing Sessions at our offices/sites where employees periodically present their learning from various programs that they have aended.
