JEC Philippines supplied and installed an air-conditioning system for Coca-Cola Bottlers in Sta. Rosa, Laguna and Davao City, Philippines in 2010.

Ventilation System for Tea Extraction Plant, Sta. RosaJEC designed and installed the ventilation system for the tea extraction processing area, cleaning in place plant, magurit drum cutter, and thawing area for the Coca-Cola plant in Sta. Rosa, Laguna.

The ventilation system requires specific air change requirements which are laid down by Coca-Cola’s research and development department. These requirements are critical for product storage.

Part of JEC’s handover procedure after product installation, was to provide formal training for operation and maintenance staff for ongoing maintenance services. This ensured that on-site engineers follow the correct procedures to properly maintain the new equipment.

Renovation of Air-Conditioning System, Davao City Plant To improve energy efficiency in syrup filling rooms 3 and 4, and the chilled water cooling system at Coca-Cola’s plant in Davao City, JEC identified defective equipment that required replacement such as chillers, air handling units, cooling towers, pumps and electrical controls. JEC designed and installed a new air-conditioning system for the renovation of these areas.
