GENERAL INFORMATION Administration Office Hours - 8.30am - 3.30pm School commences at 8.55am—School finishes at 3.05pm Students are not supervised before 8.30am For Sale Library bags $5.50 Merit Books $5.00 Available from CPS Admin Office Principals Report A busy week for all at CPS with students earning hundreds of good eggs and claiming their 10 merit awards to allow them to attend Shining Day next week! Teachers also have been busy planning for and preparing the activities for the Amazing Race Shining Day event. Mr Harvey has been out of the school this week completing Ex- ternal Validation for a school in our region. Our staff members continue to engage in professional learning including L3 training for kindergarten, Flexible Learning Spaces for our Librarian Mrs Whiteman and PBL coaching days for several of our teachers. Tomorrow we will see a sea of colours at school as students are encouraged to participate in the SRC fundraiser day by wearing their favourite footy jersey to school. Dont forget to bring along that gold coin donation. From talking with students who attended the performance “3 Ex- periments that Changed the Worldthis week they learnt about physics, chemistry and biology in a fun and entertaining way. Students have been enjoying playing on the oval regardless of the dust and burs. Tribes are still very popular with a number of so- phisticated structures being built with sticks and brush and the pile of sand always has someone pouring and mixing a potion in it. Keep working hard everyone – we are all looking forward to Shining Day next week leading into holidays.
