COATING AGITATION SYSTEMSA drum agitation system is used to pre-condition coating components in a drum. The Spraymaster® Elevator Agitator - 55 Gallon (220 Liter) Drum uses a pneumatic-driven agitation paddle to efficiently blend coating components using a high-torque gearbox. The agitation system and controls are mounted on a heavy-duty drum cover. The drum cover is mounted to a pneumatic lifting device to raise and lower the assembly from a drum.

GRACO® PFP SPRAYER SYSTEMS

Passive fire protection (PFP) coatings make structures more resistant to fire by insulating structural steel from high temperatures and as a result, buy time for the evacuation before structural collapse. The Graco XM™ PFP Plural-Component Sprayer offers data reporting technology, so you can confirm that epoxy intumescent coatings are sprayed on-ratio, at requirements set by the manufacturer. The XM PFP is easy to use, maintains consistent temperature control and offers precise ratio control. Typical applications include pipe racking, structural steel, storage tanks, and oil rigs.

COATING AGITATION SYSTEMSCoating Agitation Systems are used to pre-condition coating components in a drum or bucket. Mixing blades blend liquids and solids in a container to prepare them for use.

• Available for 55 gallon (208 liter) or 5 gallon (19 liter) containers

SPRAYMASTER® HEATED COATING TANKS

Heated coating tanks are stand-alone or integrated tanks to a plural component spray system. The Spraymaster® Heated Coating Tanks store and heat coatings, retaining them at a consistent temperature to increase viscosity and reduce waste. Typical applications include bridges, pipeline, storage tanks and water towers.
