Shakeology
RecipeWe hope you’ll enjoy this little recipe book that we have put together for you!
Tip: For the Shakeology recipes, with the exception of the last 3, combine all ingredients in a blender. Add a handful of ice and blend until ice is completely crushed and shake has a thick consistency. Continue to add ice and/or water until shake is desired consistency.
Chilled Peppermint Patty
Shakeology
• 1 Scoop Chocolate Shakeology Powder 1⁄2 tsp.• Pure Peppermint Extract• 1⁄2 C Water• 1 C Unsweetened Almond Milk or Unsweetened Soy Milk• Ice
Banana Berry Infusion
• 1 scoop Tropical Strawberry Shakeology• 1/2 cup Orange Juice• 1/2 Banana• 1/4 cup Strawberry yogurt• 1/2 cup frozen blackberries (blueberries are a good substitute)• 5 ice cubes
YUMMY!!
The Carl Daikeler Special (Carl is Beachbody’s CEO)
• 1 scoop Chocolate Shakeology• 1 banana• 1 Tbsp almond or peanut butter (or to taste)• 1 cup ice• 8oz water• Blend
COCO
LOCO • 1/2 banana• capful of coconut extract• 1 scoop Chocolate Shakeology powder• 1/2 cup water• 1⁄4 cup non-fat soy, rice or almond milk• Ice to taste• Blend
BLUES BUSTER
• 1⁄2 cup combined frozen blueberries and blackberries• 1 tsp fresh orange juice• 1 Tbsp non-fat blueberry yogurt• 1 scoop Tropical Strawberry Shakeology• 3/4 cup of water• Ice• Blend
SUNRISE
• ½ cup fresh orange juice• 1 scoop Greenberry Shakeology• 3/4 cup of water• Ice• Blend
Oatmeal Raisin SHAKEOLOGY BALLS(lower calorie alternative)
• 1 scoop chocolate Shakeology• 1/2 cup oatmeal, dry• 1/3 cup raisins• mix all above with xylitol (natural sweetner), a little water if necessary and roll into balls• Roll balls in shredded coconut flakes
Peanut Butter & Oats Shakeology Balls
• 2 Tablespoons Natural Peanut butter• 1 Scoop chocolate Shakeology• 2 Tablespoons Raw Honey• ½ Cup Quick Oats• Mix all ingredients and roll into balls. You might need to add a little tiny bit of water to make ingredients stick more.• Roll balls on shredded coconut flakes if desired!
Chocolate Lover’s Pie
• 1 container tofu, silken or firm (approx. 12 oz)• 1 1/2 scoops chocolate Shakeology• 1/2 cup peanut butter, natural (no sugar)• 2 tbsp soy milk• 1 pre-made pie crust…Whole Foods has Whole Grain, Graham Cracker pie crusts that are fantastic for this!• (I used Arrowhead Mills)
Preparation:
Blend together the peanut butter, silken tofu, chocolate Shakeology and soy milk in blender until smooth and creamy, adding a bit more soy milk if necessary. Pour into pie crust and
refrigerate until firm, at least one hour.
