CMT / quality policyCMT’s policy of quality is thus founded on the following key points:

- Thorough understanding of the client’s needs;

- Total customer satisfaction in terms of meeting requirements of service, price, quantity and time;

- It is not possible to define quality without first establishing the cost;

- Defects and complaints can be avoided through a continuous improvement programme known as PDCA, which stands for Plan, Do, Check and Act.

The Check function of the programme to measure and evaluate conformity is implemented by means of an extensive range of instruments and equipment specifically designed for analysis and measurement.

The primary objective of CMT is customer satisfaction. In order to achieve this goal in a dynamic and competitive market, the company has embarked on a continual process of improvement closely linked to the involvement of each member of staff through an approach based on reward and respect for individuals. Motivation, team spirit and reward are the basis for our company’s constant improvement.

CMT / certificationsIn its quest for continuous development, CMT has adopted a policy of quality, so directly involving all staff in the management system. In terms of quality, the company complies with all requirements set out by the international regulatory body ISO UNI EN 9001:2008 as well as with the technical specifications outlined in the automotive sector ISO/TS 16949:2009.

The processes of measurement, analysis and improvement are guaranteed by the application of specialist techniques and methodologies as well as the use of sophisticated control instruments.
