POLICIESCHILDREN & INFANTSWe do not provide a special rate for children.Though there are many talented young musicians, we recommend that children 12 and under, as well as infants, not attend the conference. If you are a nursing mother and must bring your infant, please respect the other registrants by leaving a workshop, session or concert if your baby becomes disruptive. Children are welcome to attend the evening concerts. Again, please respect other attendees by taking your child out if they become distracting.

RECORDINGAudio or video recording the workshops, sessions and/or concerts is prohibited, due to licensing arrangements.

BRINGING INSTRUMENTSThere are a few workshops for guitar & bass where presenters encourage attendees to bring their instrument. Please do so. Please note, however, that neither the CMS nor Overlake Christian Church are responsible for lost or stolen property. We do not have a ‘storage’ facility, so guitars will have to be held or stored at your own risk.

CANCELLATIONS / REFUNDSIf you are unable to attend, you have a couple of options. You can either switch over your registration to another individual, or you can contact us for a partial refund. A certain percentage is retained to cover various service fees we incur for each transaction. Cancellations will not be refunded after 2 weeks prior to the start date of the event.
