eText Digital Library
• Browser-based search service that allows users to search keywords and display matching eTexts
• Search service can be accessed via web interface or inside eText
• Immediate access to subscribed titles and purchase option if not subscribed.
• Variety of search filters (i.e. discipline,author, titles etc.)
• Will also connect to Jazz in v2.0• HiEd Nursing is first client• Scheduled to be released Spring 2012
Pearson Custom Library
• First phase - Enhancement to existing Highcrest system will allow creation of eText digital delivery and print delivery.
– Also desire automated SMS/RUMBA set up
– Typical delivered through custom portals
– Delivery in Jan 2012
• Second phase - Additional offline Mac/Windows client with synch to online version.
– Delivery – First Half 2012
