1990 Merger with Star Busmann & Hooft Graafland, lawyers/tax advisers Utrecht. Name changed into Derks Star Busmann

1992 – 97 Several mergers & acquisitions

1999 Derks Star Busmann and four other leading European offices enter into the international CMS-alliance. CMS was added in front of the name.

2005 The partnership is converted to CMS Derks Star Busmann N.V.
