CMA CGM 2014 Harmonized Approach Demurrage & Detention Conditions

Dear customer, Further to our 2014 Demurrage & Detention notification which was published on December 19th 2013, we kindly ask your attention for the following addendum. The CMA CGM Group has ruled on the introduction of a "harmonised approach" of the 2014 Export & Import 2014 Demurrage and Detention conditions applicable for North West Continent Ports. As such, the following conditions will become effective as from February 1st, 2014. For sake of good order, the adjusted 2014 Local Charges have been included in the overview.
