Active clients of the broker will be displayed. This information is imported from the BackOffice with all the information needed such as Full name, Account number, investment adviser, Client Profile, Agreement

“Autorizar” Displaying detail infomation about

Requests coming from Counterparties. When the “Aprobar” or “Rechazar”

button is clicked then the system sends the approval or rejection of the Request.

“Cancelar” This feature is only available for “requests”

coming from BackOffice users or Investment advisers

When a “Request” is selected and user clicks the button “Cancelar”, the system will cancel the request and will update the status to “Cancelled” in the “Module BTC Requests” from Investment adviser and BackOffice user

For users with Backoffice Profile, the system will allow to cancel Requests coming from Investment advisers and BackOffice profile users

For users with Investmen adviser Profile, the system will allow to modify Requests generated from Investment Adviser/s regarding his/her clients only

“Alterar” This feature is only available for “requests”

coming from BackOffice users or Investment advisers

When a “Request” is selected and user clicks the button “Alterar”, the system will show an order entry ticket allowing to modify the existing information

For users with Backoffice Profile, the system will allow to modify Requests coming from Investment advisers and BackOffice profile users

For users with Investment adviser Profile, the system will allow to modify Requests generated from Investment adviser/s regarding his/her clients only.

“Copiar Datos”(Copy Data) Allows the user to copy the

information displayed in the window to Excel. (simple Copy&Paste)

“Detalles” Show detail information of Offers, Agreements, and

Requests. Such as: Lender and/or Borrower contact information, Status, quantity, Interest rate, Commision, Expiration, etc.

Report – Lending Capacity

This report presents Total shares per security available and liquidated. Therefore the institution would have the ability to distribute the information to their Favorites Participants facilitating the lending process.

This consolidated report presents payments (borrower) and/or income (lender) regarding the lending transactions. This report provides to the user different filters to display the Report according to user needs.
