Brief

On the qualitative defects in the ATRs beingreceived from different departments.

Now that majority of the ATRs are being receivedwithin the stipulated time frame, anotherproblem regarding qualitative aspect of theaction taken is a cause of concerned. By seeingthe various reports being submitted the defectsin the ATR received can be categorized (eventhough not exhaustively) into nine categoriesbriefed.

FaridabadMatter of encroachment 20reminders have been till datethe matter has not beenundertaken by the estateoffice FBD although 20reminders have sent to theestate office.


Matter of encroachment noproper report only commmentswere sent that too are ambiguios.

From 20.8.2015 MC FBD failed to the police help.


After lapse of 17 months MC faridabad says matter does not fall under the periphery of MC.


GurgaonEarlier a notice was issued innov 2014 and till no actionhas been taken. Complaint ispending since Jan 2015.Encroachment matter.


Similar reply was sent on 28.01and 05.08 these notices are justeye. 05004/2015 illegalencroachment by sarpanch.


This interim reply was sent in Feb 2015 butthereafter no progress even thoughnumber of clarifications have been sought.


MC has said clearly mentioned in itsreport that matter relates to HUDA butthe DC office is seeking clarificationsfrom MCG. Ideally it should have beenmulti marked to huda.


Mewat (nuh)Matter is pending since 2015problem of Drinking water till datethe XEN irrigation has notundertaken the matter (12reminders). Most if the mattersmarked to Xen irrigation arepending.


Dumping of waste byMC in a private land.Matter was reported inJanuary 2015 but tilldate no one has own upthe matter.


Detailed complaint of mining andthe same is pending with miningofficer since jan 2015 no progressat all till date.
