`Team UR General JD for the team:• Deliver information seminars and classroom presentations.• Do physical promotional activities in the campus.• Act on conversion of the registrations to raise through constant follow-up.• Internal marketing in the campuses and universities.• Propose and facilitate possible events in the campuses for ELD

generation.• Partner with clubs and societies in the campuses for further promotion

(with the help of Marketing)

Capitalizing on UR:• CU (Only for some Advanced and Pro)• SU (UR 2)• UR 1

Membership of UR teams:• Members for a particular UR team need to be from that university/ college

`Team Ad HocGeneral JD for the team:• Deliver virtual information seminars on a regular basis.• Work on synergizing with the Marketing in terms of

partnering with the external organisations.• Convert registrations from external partnerships and

events to raises by constant follow up.• Act on conversion from ORS to raise through constant

follow-up.• Propose (to the EB) and deliver possible and required

events in the external market for ELD generation.

Specific channels:• ORS• VIS (leading to ORS)• External partnerships (with the help of M)• Events

`Manager/ Team IXP

When do you need a team and a manager?• MANAGER: Only when the size of membership in

your LC is 150+ • Team: Only when the size of membership in your

LC is 200+

JD of IXP responsibles:• Create special EXCEL opportunities by building

necessary IR.• Internally market the opportunities to do sales

(newsletters, calls and follow- ups).• Ensuring promotion and showcasing of the IXP

EPs in LC forums/ events. Deliver sessions around the same.
