Introduction

The club websites are made up of several widgets that can be edited and maintained by the

club.

Certain widgets can be unpublished and published if the club do/do not want to use these

on their website. This can be found under the Fsi Widgets where it was created for those

key area of widgets that clubs tend to use.

The Fsi Widgets gives the club a little more flexibility of what widgets they would like to be

displayed on their website.

1. Where can Fsi Widgets be found

Login in to the website using your GMS credentials.

Go to Dashboard at the top of the home page.

On the left hand side, you will see the many content items that can be added to the website,

including Fsi Widgets.



This will display the list of ‘site widgets’ that can be managed.



2. Fsi Widgets

The Fsi Widgets lists several widgets that can be published or unpublished. Including a

diagram on how each page of the website (home page, news page, gallery page etc) it set up

or as known as ‘zones’. These zones do not apply to all pages but is a basic template of how

a page can be set up and which zones widgets will display in.

Hovering over one of these widgets will highlight on the diagram.



3. Fsi Widgets – where are they displayed on the website?

Here detailed is where you will find the widgets on the club website:

• BBC Sport Rugby Union – Rss Widget

This is found under the News navigation tab on the right hand side and all news articles.

• Club Sponsors – Sponsors Widget

This widget is the main carousel of sponsor images found under the featured news carousel

of the home page.



• ESPN Rugby News – Rss Widget

This is found under the News navigation tab on the right hand side and all news articles.



• Events – Events Widget

Widget to list upcoming events, displayed on the home page.

• Facebook – Facebook Feed

Found on the home page and all other pages.



• Galleries – Projection Widget

This displays the gallery navigation link between galleries that appear on the Gallery

navigation tab.



• Gallery of FSI – Gallery Widget

The select gallery this displays on the home page.

• Gallery on Galleries – Gallery Widget

This is found under Gallery listing all galleries created.



• Latest – Latest Results Widget

These are the latest result, that can be found on the right hand side under the News

navigation tab.

• Latest News – News Features Widget

The Latest News widget is the featured news carousel that is found on the home page.



• Latest Results – Latest Results Widget

The Latest Results widget is found on the home page of the website.

• Match Reports – Match Reports Widget



Displays a list of match reports created on the home page.

• News – News Widget

This widget can be found on the home page of the websites, displaying a list of news articles

created.



• News articles – Projection Widget

This displays the news navigation link between galleries that appear on the News navigation

tab.

• Next – Upcoming Fixtures Widget

The next/upcoming fixtures widget appears both on the home page and under the

navigation tab News.



• Notifications – Projection Widget

The notifications widget appears on the home page under the featured news carousel and

sponsors widget.

• Social – Social Widget

This can be found at the bottom of each page.



• Sponsors – Sponsors Widget

This sponsors widget can be found under the Gallery navigation tab, this will carousel one

image at a time.



• Sponsors – Sponsors Widget

This widget is the carousel of sponsor images found at the bottom of the home page, under

the Facebook, Gallery and Twitter widgets.

• Twitter – Twitter Feed

The Twitter can be found on the home page and all other pages of the website.



• Upcoming – Upcoming Fixtures Widget

The Upcoming Fixtures widget will display the next fixtures of the first team, which can be

filtered to other teams. This widget appears under the News navigation tab and news items.



• Welcome – Introduction Widget

The Introduction widget is currently switched off. This can be enabled and will appear under

the notifications.
