A Gentleman’s club that opens from Wednesday to Saturday with a lot of care given to quality VIP service, soft adult entertainment and a sexy but premium atmosphere. The club will featuresoft striping, cabaret dancing and sexy waitresses to serve the patrons. Bottle service and a VIPexperience will take center stage with a membership system being cultivated. The club will targetmostly mature males aged 30 and above.

Other elements include; an interactive DJ playing mostly RNB, HipHop, Old Skool and Smooth Dance music cover charge of $23 plus some free bitings included limo or taxi pick-up service available bottle service package

The Way Forward

There will be a few changes to the club to accomodate this concept; the lighting, a center stagewith two poles, branding the cubes, signage and slight furniture adjustments. The concept requires a good supply of girls but there has to be at least 5 main girls who are also brand ambassadors for the club. Audition of the girls will start today. These are waitresses (XSTENDERS)and the dancers.The whole of January and February will consist of an aggressive push to build a database of the target market and partnerships with tour agencies and promoters. This recruitment will continueuntil month six. Other girls will be pulled from Madhouse, Simmers, K1, Dolce through special invites throughoutmonth one to month six.A review of the concept will take place after month six.This concept will involve a subtle form of stripping so it will be within the law.

Marketing and PromotionsMonth One : Create online portals, theme nights, database 2000 people, visuals, sponsorships

Month Two : Update database with another 1000 people, send referrals from Tour agencies, private invites nights, book birthdays, sell bachelor parties, 6 promotion nights, 2 sponsor nights

Month Three : Update Database with another 1000 people, host 2 celeb parties, 6 promotion nights, 2 sponsor nights, 2 birthday parties, 4 bachelor/rette parties

Month Four to Five : Increase database by another 2000 people, host 4 celeb parties, 12 promo nights, 4 sponsor nights, 4 birthday parties and 12 bachelor/rette parties

Month Six : Review month one to five, create a second six month plan, database at 7000 people
