Assurance of Pardon & PeaceRomans 5:6-8
Pastor: Hear the promises of God to those who truly repent of their sins and trust in Christ: For while we were still weak, at the right time Christ died for the ungodly. For one will scarcely die for a righteous person – though perhaps for a good person one would dare even to die – but God shows his love for us in that while we were still sinners, Christ died for us.

Cloverdale United Reformed Church
Cloverdale United Reformed Church is part of the United Reformed Churches in North America. As a Reformed and Protestant Church we are part of that historic church that grew out of the 16th Century Protestant Reformation. We believe that Scripture alone is our only guide for faith and life and that the historic confessions (Heidelberg Catechism, Belgic Confession and Canons of Dort) faithfully summarize the teaching of the Bible. We are United as a body of Christian believers that gathers each Lord’s Day, where God is glorified through the faithful preaching of His Word, baptism and the Lord’s Supper are received and his church is discipled with care.

“Looking at his disciples, he said: ‘Blessed are you who are poor, for yours is the kingdom of God. Blessed are you who hunger now, for you will be satisfied. Blessed are you who weep now, for you will laugh. Blessed are you when men hate you, when they exclude you and insult you and reject your name as evil, because of the Son of Man. Rejoice in that day and leap for joy, because great is your reward in heaven. For that is how their fathers treated the prophets.’”
Luke 6:20-23
