Organizational Learning: Impacting Business. Changing the Game.
Summit Theme Since Inception
The multi-year overarching theme reflects the ambitious and important objective at hand for the learning & development function and professionals in order to make a meaningful contribution to the organization. A plethora of questions need to be asked, debated and answered in order for this to happen, efficiently and continually. We believe this is not attainable in a single event but has to be a long term endeavour. Within the overall theme, the summit shall focus on specific topics every year which shall serve as milestones towards achieving the longer term objective.
