MUSEUMS
LACMA-‐ Los Angeles County Museum of Art History: LACMA has been dedicated about collecting works of art that span both history and geography. LACMA is representing of Los Angeles's uniquely diverse population. Today LACMA is the largest art museum in the western United States, with a collection that includes over 120,000 objects dating from antiquity to the present, encompassing the geographic world and nearly the entire history of art.

Natural History Museum
History: Accumulated one of the worlds most extensive and valuable collections of natural and cultural history. NHM has more than 35 million objects, some as old as 4.5 billion years. NHS is also home for groundbreaking scientific and historic research. The Museum also curates new, immersive exhibitions to keep us excited for what’s next to come.

Getty Museum History: The world's largest cultural and philanthropic organization dedicated to the visual arts. The Getty consists of international conservation work, publications, exhibitions, grant initiatives, and training programs provided all around the world. They work to make a lasting difference in conservation practice, art historical research, and museology.

California Science Center
History: The California Science Center provides an innovative model for science learning by combining exhibits with an on-‐site Science Center School and Amgen Center for Science Learning as well as a teacher professional development program. Exhibition Space shuttle exhibit was built in October 2012.

PARKS
Griffith Park History: 4,210 acres of both natural Chaparral-‐covered terrain and landscaped parkland and picnic areas, Griffith Park is the largest municipal park with urban wilderness area in the United States. It contains the Observatory, the Greek Theatre, horseback riding, and many hiking trails.
Why? Promote Awareness to one of LA’s biggest parks

Lots of outdoor activities to offer
Potential Promotions: Griffith Park can promote outdoor activities and stress importance of exercise
Muscle Beach History: Among other reasons for this salute to authenticity of the original Muscle Beach is that the international popularity of the name can mainly be attributed to celebrated athletes who trained and became stars due only to their fame associated with Santa Monica's "Muscle Beach".
Why? Promote an Iconic Landmark Plenty of activities and promotions do within Venice beach, basketball courts and Muscle Beach

Zoos
Los Angeles Zoo
History: The Zoo is home to more than 1,100 mammals, birds, amphibians and reptiles representing more than 250 different species of which 29 are endangered. In addition, the Zoo’s botanical collection comprises several planted gardens and over 800 different plant species with over 7,400 individual plants. The Zoo receives over 1.5 million visitors per year and is owned and operated by the City of Los Angeles.
Why? Only Zoo in surrounding area Represent a great population of endangered species
