3) Strengthening SPC-LRD in developing economies of scale and of scope
4) Developing capacity of stakeholders in applying more effectively ICKM
5) Supporting SPC-LRD to deepen and innovate strategic partnerships
6) Working with SPC-LRD in increasing its effectiveness in its response to emerging threats
