• EP’s LOKBLOK-licensee came into trouble with his own product, due to related safety concerns. The ill-conceived spoons were life threatening.

• The Licensee responded very inadequately to it as a toy manufacturer, and finally was forced to a total market recall. But, he didn’t…

• Therefore, Eric terminated the LOKBLOK-license under the ‘grave shortcoming’ clause, Art.5.5 of the license.

• PLAYCUPS went bankrupt.

ATV… Antwerp local television

• CLICS nevertheless becomes an international best seller.• One day, Eric is asked by a friend of his: ‘Aren’t you the inventor of

the CLICS?!’ Well, the local TV-station ATV was airing a 20 min. documentary, titled ‘Antwerp Success Story’ about these great CLICS, and how it came about…

• CLICS had become their find, their development. About the real inventor not a word, whilst living in the same city!

• I had to certify friends, colleagues, business relations I wasn’t a liar!• My copyrights, personality and father rights are badly damaged.• I want CLICS (BBM nv) to completely withdraw from the market, to

pay damages accordingly for my loss of credibility as a designer.• ATV has to acknowledge their mistake and bring the real story.

They agreed upon, but have not yet executed their promise.
